• Date & venue

• Is there a soundsystem and other technology on site?

• What exactly is being organised? Concert/party/DJ/speech/demo/...?

• Do you only need sound or also lighting equipment?

• Are you already in contact with the artists and can you pass on this or the requirements of the individual acts to us?

• Do you already have a rough schedule and line-up?

• Do you have a budget for the event? Is part of the budget earmarked for us?
