Diversity Rider
We support events and projects by taking care of the sound technology on site and, if necessary, organising the required technology together with the event organisers. Our focus is on queer and feminist events - in general, we are happy to support anyone who wants to break down mack structures in front of and behind the mixing desk and beyond. You can find our detailed self-image here.
It is important for us to treat each other with respect. This means respecting the boundaries of others and acting in solidarity. We categorically reject any form of discrimination and assault. Please only take photos and videos with our consent.

Awareness
We would be delighted if you and your team could train yourselves in awareness, inclusion, anti-discrimination and diversity and thus contribute to an enjoyable experience for all guests. If you do not have an awareness concept, we ask you to familiarise yourself with it in advance. The Safe the Dance awareness guidelines can help you get started:

Pronouns & gender identity
Please do not infer the gender identity of the other person from their external appearance. Just because you read someone as male or female does not mean that person identifies that way. We also welcome unisex toilets.
Accessibility & Inclusion
We welcome it if the venue & backstage are accessible (for guests and artists - please also think about the stage!) and you also inform about it online. Please inform us in advance about what is not barrier-free.
-
Accompanying persons of people with disabilities should receive free admission

Assistance dogs should be allowed

If you would like stroboscopic lights and similar lighting effects, please let us know in advance and also inform us online/on site in order to take people with photosensitivity (e.g. epileptics) into consideration

Please provide sufficient seating and places to retreat to

In addition to the awareness team, we would like to have contact persons for inclusion topics and an internal team briefing on accessibility
